I love being a VIP because it allows me access to research based & practical assessments and resources for core training. The membership has been great especially with the online assessment videos available so I can refresh my memory from the course. I think others should join because it gives us a network of professionals who care about women’s bodies and to share our research/struggles and how we implement our best practices for the core.
