I am a personal trainer with extensive knowledge in women's health particularly as it pertains to the pelvic floor and core. I offer 'do it yourself' online programs as well as personalized online coaching for women at all life stages.

Conditions I have worked with include stress urinary incontinence, urge incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, genitourinary syndrome of menopause, low back pain and diastasis recti.


28 DAY KEGEL CHALLENGE

Many people start off with the 28 day kegel challenge and the results are impressive!  Many report a reduction or elimination of symptoms (like leaking and back pain) by 14 days!

This app based challenge reminds you, guides you, motivates you and moves you!  I will coach you throughout and you will also have a community of fellow pelvic floor fitness enthusiasts supporting you as well.  Women love the reminders, the satisfying 'ding' when you check an exercise off the list and that it can be done anywhere in minutes a day!

DIY PROGRAMS

My online DIY programs Kegel Mojo (for non pregnant people) and Prepare To Push™ (for pregnant people) give you everything you would get in 6-8 coaching sessions with me.  For the self directed, self motivated person who just wants to know what to do, this is a great option.

ONLINE COACHING

Online Coaching is for you if you want individualized programming tailored just for you and your specific needs whether you are in menopause, raising children, never had children or currently pregnant. 

Spread over one month, online coaching includes an initial 1 hour assessment followed by 4 - 30 min sessions.  You will get all of your questions answered, 3 specialized meal plans, a copy of my book and a personalized pelvic floor movement program just for you. 

With over a decade of helping women restore their pelvic floor health, I have a deep back of tricks I bring specific to your unique situation, including:
