WORKSHOPS AND WELLNESS PRACTICES

You will experience multiple yoga, fitness, and wellness workshop sessions daily. Practices will be suitable for all students and all fitness levels, and will emphasize breath, the mind-body connection, and pelvic floor friendly fitness (safe for all types of pelvic floor dysfunction). All attendees receive one complimentary massage treatment.

MEALS

Organic vegetarian meals will be prepared by a personal chef with a focus on ayurvedic cooking. All meals are included in your retreat package. The meals are prepared on-site using a variety of herbs and spices designed to improve digestion and overall health. Dietary restrictions can be accommodated.

PRACTICE SPACE and COMMON AREAS

Sun-filled spaces right on the beach will welcome you as well as an oceanside pool. There is plenty of space to curl up with a book on the couches, beach chairs, private sitting areas or in the grassy gardens. 

Beyond the scheduled wellness classes and workshops, attendees are encouraged to relax in the beautiful common spaces, explore the gorgeous property and beaches, and enjoy the optional activities, tours, bodywork, and practice room.

Kim Vopni,

The Vagina Coach

Kim Vopni is a self-professed kegel maven and is known as The Vagina Coach.  She is a certified fitness professional who became passionate about spreading information on pelvic health after the birth of her first child over 18 years ago.

She is an author, a passionate speaker, and a women’s health educator.  She is also a hypopressive method instructor - a technique that helped her reverse her own stage 2 uterine prolapse. Her most recent book Your Pelvic Floor launched in March 2020 and was on the bestseller list immediately.

Kim offers pelvic health programs and coaching for women and is also a menopause support practitioner. Her Buff Muff app is an ever-growing community where people from around the world find support through her 28 day challenges and monthly membership.

Kim also trains other fitness and movement professionals to work with women with core and pelvic floor challenges through her Buff Muff Method Practitioner Course.

  Dr. Brianne Grogan,

PT, DPT

Dr. Brianne Grogan graduated as a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon, in 2006 and earned her Bachelor's in Health Sciences from Linfield College in 2002. Soon after starting her physical therapy career, Bri specialized in pelvic health... and she's never looked back! Her post-doctoral training includes coursework and certifications with the American Physical Therapy Association's Section on Women's Health, the Integrative Women's Health Institute, Holistic Pelvic Care™ with Tami Kent, Pelvic Floor Yoga™ with Leslie Howard, and more. Bri became a 200-hour certified Vinyasa Yoga Teacher in 2017 and is a certified Yin Yoga instructor as well.

Today, Bri works with clients both in-person and online. She leads a global online community, helping people all over the world with a special emphasis on incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and pelvic pain. With 400,000+ subscribers on YouTube, articles featured on MindBodyGreen, courses on DailyOM, and a 5-star reviewed book, Brianne Grogan is a leading voice in the field of holistic pelvic health and wellness. She is loved for her down-to-earth, compassionate approach and for making pelvic floor fitness and holistic pelvic health fun and accessible.

REGISTRATION

Retreat prices include all classes & workshops, all meals, and 6 day/5-night accommodation. Price varies by room type. Rooms are filled on a first come, first served basis. Prices include all taxes and fees. Prices are in Canadian Dollars (USD).

All rooms are cozy and clean with amenities including comfortable sheets, blankets, towels, and shampoo/conditioner. If you’d like to share a room with someone specific, please email [email protected] and we’ll place you in the same room.
