Access to Kegel Mojo is ending soon but you can maintain access and continue to receive support from me in my Buff Muff Membership.  The optional monthly membership will take your core and pelvic floor to the next level!  You will get a variety of different workouts to choose from, more delicious meal plans to help your whole body health, more guest expert interviews, and of course, ongoing access to the live weekly coaching to keep you accountable. 

A few pieces of equipment that you will want to have to make the most of the workouts are:

  • a tennis ball (a small apple will work too)
  • a small towel or a small cushion or small squishy ball
  • a chair
  • a yoga strap or long scarf
  • a resistance band
  • an exercise ball (stability ball)

There are some workouts with equipment and some without. I let you know in the title of each if you will need any equipment and how long the workout will be.
