I highly recommend this course!
"I completed this course today and it was just what I needed to help develop better treatment plans for my clients. I am a pelvic floor physiotherapist working with women during pregnancy, postpartum and into menopause. I felt that I had a good understanding of the anatomy and function of the core but I struggled with how to assess with movement and how to progress exercises appropriately. This course has really helped me to put programs together more effectively. I started to implement some of the exercises right away and I am seeing results in my clients. I love the videos that are part of the lessons, particularly the anatomy overview. I highly recommend this course and I look forward to doing more in the very near future!"

Hi, I’m Natalie,
I'm a doula, certified personal trainer, and a Bellies Inc. Core Confidence Specialist. My doula experience, coupled with my Pilates training, gave me a solid foundation for working with women through their transition into motherhood.

Guiding prenatal and postnatal women through preventative and restorative exercise is what I do, and empowering women to feel more confident and stronger in their bodies is my favorite part of my work.
As a Core Confidence Specialist, I am fully trained and equipped to help you optimize your core, pelvic floor, and alignment to feel better prepared for pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery.
Julia Di Paolo received her physiotherapy degree from the University of Ottawa back in 1997. In 2012, she became rostered with the College of Physiotherapists to perform the controlled act of internal assessment and treatment for pelvic floor disorders. Her practice is currently focused on pre-conception, pre-natal, intra-partum (labour and delivery), post partum and all types of pelvic floor dysfunction at any stage of a woman’s life. She has extensive experience with conditions such as diastasis recti, incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, back and pelvic girdle pain. More recently her focus has been on the pelvic floor and its relationship to the rest of the body, specifically with diastasis in the pregnant and postpartum populations. Over the years, Julia has established herself as the go-to physiotherapist in Toronto for pelvic health and recovery from diastasis rectus abdominis.
