In 2015 I was presenting at the canfitpro fitness conference with my former business partners from Bellies Inc. After our session a woman came up to us and introduced herself as the acquisitions editor from Human Kinetics. She asked if we would be interested in authoring a book for them on prenatal exercise.
Of course the answer was yes! It was also the catalyst for creating the Pre/Postnatal Fitness Specialist Certification. this book is free for anyone who takes the course.
