She is a published author, a passionate speaker and personal trainer. She created the Core Confidence Specialist Certification in 2013 and has been certifying fitness and health professionals ever since.
Kim is a personal trainer and is certified in pelvic floor pilates (pfilates), the hypopressive method and is currently completing a certification as a menopause support practitioner.
