Kim Vopni is known as The Vagina Coach and has been preaching and teaching pelvic health for close to 15 years.
She is a published author, a passionate speaker and personal trainer. She created the Core Confidence Specialist Certification in 2013 and has been certifying fitness and health professionals ever since.
Kim is a personal trainer and is certified in pelvic floor pilates (pfilates), the hypopressive method and is currently completing a certification as a menopause support practitioner.
Kim has experienced pelvic floor challenges herself and knows first hand how it can impact ones life. She has supported thousands of women through all life stages through her online programs, coaching and her Buff Muff App.
