My Podcast Between Two Lips

I have a Podcast - Between Two Lips

between two lips incontinence menopause pelvic floor exercises pelvic organ prolapse pelvic surgery perimenopause podcast pregnancy women's pelvic health Feb 18, 2023

I have been thinking about it for a couple of years and decided to go for it. I love chatting with people about all things pelvic health. Conversations between two lips, so to speak.

We officially started our first episode on Jan 17th, telling my story, and we record a new episode weekly. The information on each episode to date is listed below.

The podcast is free, and with your help, it can get into the hands of all who could benefit.

You can find the podcast wherever you like to listen to podcasts, Apple iTunes or Spotify.

I began the podcast with my story and will sprinkle in personal episodes now and then. My aim is to help you optimize your pelvic health and get introduced to all the amazing practices and practitioners who can help you along the way. We all need a vagina village!

If you have a pelvic health story to share or have people you would love to hear, or if you are a pelvic health professional and would like to be on the show, please contact me.

The Between Two Lips Podcast is dedicated to all things pelvic health for women. Myself and my guests discuss topics such as incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain, pregnancy, birth, perimenopause, menopause, sex and pelvic surgery. Nothing is TMI. (too much information)

Here is a list of the podcast episodes to date.

I hope you check them out and enjoy them. I would be grateful if you could write a review and share some stars! We have blog posts that also include the following recordings.
